Initial Fill Services:
Lubricant quality can often be compromised in new equipment installations. Many systems components are treated with preservatives for protecting against rust or corrosion during storage or freight which can adversely effect the additive package and/or lubricant service performance. Air born contaminants can also be introduced to the lube oil system during construction, which can cause significant wear to occur when equipment is put into service. With consideration for these factors, Dion & Sons, Inc. provides the following services:
- Product consultation and delivery
- 1 micron absolute filtration from tanker and reservoir flush to meet OEM cleanliness specifications
- Pre and Post sampling of product with final certificate of quality report
